Health is both simple and complicated -- the truth is that our success is linked much more strongly to our beliefs, thoughts and habits than whatever knowledge we may possess. Health coaching helps us navigate the processes of self-understanding and growth with support, encouragement and insight.
Coaching can be a deeply personal experience, and much of our success depends on alignment with between the coach and coachee. We offer 15min initial consultations to assess our fit and discuss process. Typical coaching programs are a minimum of three months, though we offer single sessions if you'd like coaching and insight on a targeted issue that would not require ongoing support through a change process.
