In these movement training sessions, you'll get a professional assessment for your postural and muscular imbalances, and in-person feedback on how to correct them. PLUS, my massage skills are at our disposal to address your muscles as they learn and train, whether that's stretching a hamstring or decompressing your spine.
We'll improve your movement through (1) isometrics and (2) insights into your occupational habits (for example, ways to sprinkle balancing movements while sitting at a desk or performing repetitive movements at work). I will personalize your session to your goals, whether that's to move better through your yoga flow, create a gentle movement routine, or practically address the imbalances that are causing you pain.

If you have ever wanted to gain more skills for helping yourself, a friend or a loved one, I am thrilled to share what I have learned. Learn how to use a massage gun, how to cup yourself or another, and/or how to provide massage strokes using all parts of your body. We will discuss general concepts as well as practice specific techniques.
