SELF-CARE MASSAGE CLASSES FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND SMALL GROUPS
If you have ever wanted to gain more skills for helping yourself, a friend or a loved one, I am thrilled to share what I have learned. Learn how to use a massage gun, how to cup yourself or another, and/or how to provide massage strokes using all parts of your body. We will discuss general concepts as well as practice specific techniques.
Classes are a great option if: * you have an injury and can't afford personal services as much as you might need them * you are a fitness nerd hungry for the best ways to use new tools and fuel your recovery -- training buddies welcome! * you and your loved one are looking to explore a new way to take care of one another and show your affection
